She currently leads distributed teams of 700+ specialists across 7 regions as VP Engineering – Quality Assurance at Avenga. She combines deep technical understanding with human-centered leadership, focusing on sustainable performance, inclusive team cultures, and scalable systems for people and teams. Lyuba is also an active conference speaker, having presented at multiple technology and leadership events in Bulgaria.
